PES is an NGO which works on no profit no loss basis consists of 11 members who are a part of the management body. Together our members join forces to become stronger and empower the underprivileged. Few of the members are below mentioned.

PES Activity
The PES management today is represented by directors of BAFEL Academy Pvt. Ltd. Both the organizations are working in conjunction with each other. Therefore the trainings that have been conducted under the banner of BAFEL academy Pvt Ltd have followed the same vision e.g.
Trained 120 tribal students for coaching on English proficiency and personality development for children of government school covering neighboring villages of the corporate (NTPC) under corporate social responsibilities (CSR) from Feb 2012 to March 2012. Also trained 180 employees of NTPC Korba, Chhattisgarh on soft skills.
Training centre for vocational course:
PES organized training workshops for the individuals from lower and middle class on personality development and grooming at various sector in Delhi.
Income generation Activities:
PES has trained unemployed women candidates in beauty and tailoring skills. It has also organized classes for communication and interview skills which have helped unemployed youth in getting employment. These kinds of training have not only helped in building confidence but also getting jobs thereby enabling them with a livelihood.
Awareness generation Programmes:
PES has conducted environment awareness programmes in several working areas and involves urban people to play their role in environment and pollution control programmes. We have organized “Safai Abhiyan” programmes in poorly developed areas to inculcate right attitude towards the environment we conducted “Save Trees” drive.
Road safety awareness programme:
Like other years, PES is committed towards taking more and more people into the ambits of road safety. This objective was achieved by staging “Street Plays” at different localities in the city, stirring the people into realization of how big killer the road can become if we flout the traffic rules.
Other Achievements:
As stated before Ms Alka Gupta has been the force behind Parlance Endowment Society (PES) and BAFEL Academy Pvt. Ltd, various other corporate trainings have been going on under her able guidance.
