A Parlance Endowment Society health and hygiene awareness camp

An organisation you can check before you fund it.

Registered in New Delhi in 2007 under the Societies Registration Act, the Society works on a no-profit basis in education and skills, yoga and wellness, and community welfare — and keeps records because it expects to be asked for them.

Trust and transparency

Do not trust our words. Trust our paper.

We publish what an institution needs in order to take the next step with us. Certificates, identifiers, audited statements and income-tax acknowledgements are supplied in full with a formal proposal or on written request.

✓ Registered society

Constituted under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and continuously registered since 2007.

✓ 12A tax-exempt

Registered as a charitable institution with the Income Tax Department.

✓ 80G approved

Donations to the Society qualify for deduction under Section 80G. See how to give.

✓ CSR-1 registered

Registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to receive and implement CSR funds. See CSR partnership.

✓ DARPAN listed

Listed on the NITI Aayog NGO portal used for ministry and department schemes.

✓ Independently audited

Accounts audited by a chartered accountant and income-tax returns filed every year.

On request: registration certificate, PAN, 12A and 80G orders, CSR-1 acknowledgement, DARPAN details, audited accounts and ITR acknowledgements, governing body list, and project evidence.

Governance

How decisions get made

A Managing Committee governs the Society. Decisions are collective and minuted, and financial authority is kept separate from programme authority.

Committee

Honorary office bearers

President, General Secretary, Treasurer and members — none of whom draw remuneration from the Society. See the Managing Committee.

Money

Financial control

Project-wise accounting, vouchers and invoices, asset and stock registers, and a utilisation statement for every grant.

Paper

Record keeping

Work orders, sanction letters, beneficiary registers, attendance, photographs and completion reports are retained. See the project record.

Method

The evidence chain behind every project

The same sequence, whether the funder is a company, a ministry or an individual donor. Each stage produces a document the next stage depends on.

01

Need and baseline

Define the problem, the target group and the starting indicators before any money is spent.

02

Transparent selection

Published eligibility, registration forms and a beneficiary register that can be audited against attendance.

03

Delivery and monitoring

Session plans, attendance, periodic assessment, photographs and progress reports through the project period.

04

Accounts and utilisation

Sanctioned budget against actual spend, bills and vouchers, asset records and a utilisation certificate.

05

Outcome reporting

Outputs, participant feedback, and a completion report with evidence annexures.

Stated openly

So that nothing has to be taken on trust alone

Not-for-profit in practice

No part of the Society's income or assets is distributed to any member. Office bearers serve honorarily, and funds are applied only to charitable and public-welfare purposes.

Health and medicine

Yoga, meditation and wellness activities are offered for education and general well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and do not replace professional medical care. See how we teach.

Donations and receipts

All contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. A formal 80G receipt is issued once you share the details needed to raise it, and no commercial return is given in exchange. See what a donor can ask for.
